We offer a unique and turnkey approach to basement finishing which stands out amongst the rest. Our process begins with a detailed in-home consultation with one of our interior designers who are also experienced in construction management.
We will spend as much time required to come up with the best floor plan possible through an approach we like to call “the process of elimination”. Once we have the perfect floor plan and all of the details regarding your project confirmed, we will send over a high-level itemized quote within 24 hours of our visit.
Once we have answered all of your questions regarding the quote, company, and project details, we will finalize a detailed contract. A detailed payment plan, official quote, and official contract will be provided afterwards.
Now the real fun begins! We will create our “famous” 3D renderings and 3D tour of your project. We post these often on our Instagram/Website Gallery page. Once you are happy with the final renderings, we will book a material selection appointment to select the beautiful finishes we offer for your project.
Now construction begins on the confirmed date and time! Our client’s health and safety are of the utmost importance to us which is why we provide a port-a-potty on site along with a garbage bin to minimize as much contact as possible. All materials will be taken in on our first day. The construction process is very organized and our clients are informed of every step.
