Luxury basement finishing across the Greater Toronto Area
Desire Basements designs and builds finished basements in Toronto, York Region, Peel, Halton, Durham and south Simcoe. Every project is owner-led by Kam Oveisy, priced from the same quote sheet, line by line (a 1,000 sq ft basement with a three-piece bathroom comes to about $67,800 before HST), designed in 3D before a wall goes up, and backed by our lifetime workmanship warranty. Toronto
Older housing stock, lower ceilings and underpinning questions. We handle all of it.
York Region
Our home base is Richmond Hill, and most of our projects are within 30 minutes of it.
Peel Region
Large newer basements with high ceilings, ideal for theatres, gyms and wet bars.
Halton Region
Oakville, Burlington and Milton homeowners who want a basement that matches the rest of the house.
Durham Region
Pickering to Clarington, including walkouts and separate entrances.
Barrie & South Simcoe
Barrie, Innisfil and Bradford: the same crew, the same finish.
If you can see the CN Tower on a clear day, we probably build there.
