BATHROOM QUESTIONS

Answers for GTA homeowners

How much does a bathroom renovation cost in the GTA?

Most full bathroom renovations in the GTA run $18,000 to $45,000 and up depending on size, plumbing changes and finishes: steam showers, heated floors and stone push the upper range. Whether you call it a bathroom renovation or a bathroom remodel, every Desire quote is itemized line by line and locked before you sign, with a free 3D design included.

How long does a bathroom renovation take?

A typical full renovation takes three to five weeks once materials arrive: demolition and waterproofing first, then tile, glass, millwork and fixtures. Every contract carries a written completion date backed by our $200 a day on-time guarantee.

Can you add a bathroom to my basement?

Yes. Basement bathrooms are our specialty: rough-ins, ejector systems where needed, full waterproofing and finishes matching the rest of your home, permits and inspections handled end to end.
