We got our basement done by Desire Basements 4 years ago, when Kam told us about what happened to him yesterday I was heartbroken. I can't imagine why anyone would want that for him or his guys. We had our main floor tv wall renovated by Kam earlier this year. We did a new gas fireplace with a stone finishing and cabinets based on Kam's design. It looks beautiful and my wife loves it!

Bathroom renovation was completed with a full update to the shower, vanity, flooring, and lighting. The work was coordinated between different trades and everything progressed in a logical order without confusion between stages. We had our basement finished several months ago by Kam and his team, we have a beautiful bathroom with two saunas, a tv area, gym, bar, and storage. Lots of items on our list, and frankly the only person I knew was capable of handling this job was Kam. I have been following them for years on instagram and I knew these would be the guys for my job. I also follow another company in the states and they follow Kam so I knew these guys have to be good for those guys to be following them lol. In general, they did not disappoint. Everything was perfect up to the very last day, he posted our basement on instagram so definitely check it out! Great work boys!

Our basement renovation was mainly done because I needed a quieter area to unwind. Before the renovation, the downstairs was unfinished concrete and storage shelves. We weren’t looking for anything fancy, just a space that felt warm and functional. Kam helped us plan out a simple layout with a sitting area, built-in storage, and a bathroom. What stood out most to me was that he paid attention to practical things we wouldn’t have thought about ourselves like lighting placement and sound transfer between floors. He was always ready to answer any questions in detail and he was pretty quick with getting back to us. Overall I was really happy with him and his guys.
